First Lady Venandee L. Hennington is a spirit-filled Christian and dedicated wife to Pastor Broderick D. Hennington. Venandee serves as the Director of the Music & Arts Department. She is a singer and songwriter and has produced two recording projects “You’re the Apple of His Eye’s” and “It’s My Season”. Venandee leads the Women’s Ministry and ministers through her anointed music and teaching. Her passion is teaching the word of God and witnessing lives being changed for the better.

Venandee received her ministerial license and ordination to preach the gospel in February of 2012. Venandee serves as Administrator and Principal of the Integrity Christian Academy (ICA) school ministry, church administrator for IBC, IBI Regional President for Trinity College of the Bible.. She holds the Bachelor of Arts Degree and Master Degree’s in Christian Education.
